Details: | Swim 30 consecutive laps by the end of the class. This swim fitness class is designed for swimmers who can demonstrate the basic skills required to swim the crawl stroke. Participants will be evaluated and individual swim fitness programs designed to help achieve swimming goals. Make swimming a part of your fitness routine and swim for life. |
