This class introduces full breath breathing, a warm up, Yoqua poses/stretches and ends with a relaxation period. Class is taught in watist deep, warm water and is low impact. Ideal workout for all abilites inlcuding folks with physical limitations. Poses are taught with modifications and are based on authentic yoga poses and stretches.
